Refunds and Returns Policy for Subtle.

1. Returns and Refunds Overview
Our products are fulfilled by Printful, and we adhere to their return and refund policies. Please read the details below to understand how returns and refunds work for our store.

2. Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense. Please contact us at basiccothingwear@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue to start the claim process.

3. Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If your package has not arrived within this period, please contact us at basicclothingwear@gmail.com for assistance.

4. Return Address
The default return address is Printful’s facility. If a return is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If you choose to set an alternative return address, you will be responsible for handling returned shipments.

5. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment cost after providing the correct address.
  • Unclaimed shipments are returned to Printful’s facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
  • If you have not created an account on Printful and added a billing method, unclaimed orders will not be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity.

6. Items Not Eligible for Returns

  • Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health and hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with such items will not be reshipped and will be disposed of.
  • Products are made to order, and except in cases of damage or defect, we do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse.
  • Size exchanges are not offered by default. If you wish to exchange a size, you will need to place a new order at your expense.

7. EU Consumer Rights
Under Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are made to customer specifications or personalized.
  • Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
    Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion under these conditions.
