2. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed on subtleclothing.eu. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, our Refund and Returns Policy and our Privacy Policy.
3. Products
Our products are printed on demand and fulfilled by our production partner Printful. We do our best to show colours and prints accurately, but small differences between the product and the images on screen are possible and are not considered a defect.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (or in your local currency where indicated) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, iDEAL and Trustly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal; we never see or store your full card details.
5. Orders and contract
After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when we send this confirmation. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product is no longer available; in that case any payment is refunded in full.
6. Delivery
Because every item is made to order, production usually takes 2–7 working days, after which the order is shipped. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; costs for reshipping because of an incorrect address are your responsibility.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a person you named) received the goods.
To use this right, send us a clear statement (for example by email to basicclothingwear@gmail.com) that you wish to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to.
Effects of withdrawal: we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof of return, whichever comes first. You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your own specifications or clearly personalised for you, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

8. Defective, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund at our expense. This does not limit your statutory rights under EU consumer law (legal guarantee of conformity).
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damage or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
